Meeting Highlights: Chair Gary Slater advised that, for various reasons, over the past few months four vacancies had occurred on the Board that needed to be filled. He announced that the Board has endorsed as Directors, Michael Colaneri, Joanne Tate, David Purcell and Lucy Liu. The Meeting unanimously ratified these endorsements and their addition to the Board.  All were warmly welcomed.  Gary thanked the past directors, Colin Johanson (dec.), Andrew Ricketson, Clr Jeanette McRae and past Treasurer Fred Ward for their highly valuable contributions to the Steering Committee, then Board and the establishment of the bank branch.  A resume of the new Directors will be placed on the Board of Directors page soon.  Gary also advised that the company is on track in relation to our prospectus projections and we are hopeful of being ahead of target by this time next year.  He asked all shareholders to bring at least some of their banking over to Healesville Community Bank^® Branch and approach their business acquaintances, friends and family to do the same,  "The sooner we become profitable, the sooner we can share that wealth with the community and our shareholders". A $500 sponsorship was presented to the Mountain District Bike & Car Show.  This has been matched by a sponsorship from Bendigo Bank Yarra Ranges Region. The Show has raised over $36,000 for many worthy causes throughout the district, both groups and individuals.  Ongoing recipients include Healesville Hospital, Healesville High School and Healesville Scouts.
